On the second floor there is this two-room attic apartment of approximately 30 m2, without a balcony but with a French window which gives brightness to the whole room. In Summer Livigno is the cyclists’ paradise, with 3 bike parks for flow trails and downhill, But also roads and passes to challenge on the road bike. Those who love to enjoy the mountains in tranquility will find easy trekking and well signposted, a cycling path of 30 kilometers, almost flat , while those who want to practice harder trekking, there are difficult paths to reach peaks of more than 3000 meters. The Livigno lake offers lot of activities to do: pedal boats, kayaks and paddle boats are some of the sports to practice. Finally, those who want to breathe clean air and relax by eating well and doing a bit of shopping will find in the center of Livigno, a few steps from our apartments, many shops, restaurants and bars.
Livigno in Winter
A winter holiday in Livigno is one of those experiences to try at least once in your life. 115 km of slopes of all levels, 4 snow parks suitable for beginners but also for experts, a 30km cross-country ring, skating, an ice rink to learn to drift with the car, heliskiing, many ski and snowboard schools are just some of the activities that make up Livigno’s winter offer.
Evening is even more fun with apresski, lots of restaurants to choose from, shops, bars and a lively nightlife.

The Casa Stefano APARTMENTS are located in the center of Livigno, in the pedestrian area a stone’s throw from restaurants, shops, the pedestrian and cycle path, the ski lifts, which are located just 50 meters away (lift 22 Pian della Volpe) on the side of Carosello 3000 and cross-country track. The most requested services, such as ski rental, bike rental, ski school are 50 meters from the apartments.
